The wavelength is 560-1200nm, part is visible light, part is near infrared. Clinically, different hand tools can be used to filter out short-wavelength light sources according to different treatment requirements. Obtain different intervals of light for treatment:
1. Pigment diseases, pigment diseases use melanin as the target color base. Melanin absorbs light in the 280-1200nm band as the wavelength increases.
2. Vascular diseases: Vascular diseases use oxyhemoglobin as the target color base, with 3 absorption peaks, namely 41nm, 542nm, and 577nm, of which 418nm is the maximum absorption peak of oxyhemoglobin, but the penetration of 418NM laser is poor. The vascular tissue that cannot reach the dermis, the laser with the other two wavelengths is better
3. Water, water has very little absorption of visible light and near-infrared light, and the infrared wave band greater than 2um absorbs better, and its main absorption peak is 2.95um
