FDA CE approved IPL SHR DPL Armpit Permanent Hair Removal and skin rejuvenation device for spa and medspas

Technology Principle
Intense pulsed light, commonly abbreviated as IPL, is a kind of high strength, broad spectrum and non-succession light, used by clinics and medical practitioners to perform various skin treatments including hair removal and photo rejuvenation.
Through the optical and thermal effect generated and sourced from the light, it achieves the purpose of removing unexpected hair by destroying the hair follicles tissues rapidly and permanently.
IPL can permeate the epidermis to the derma and take effect on the exceptional pigment and vessel such as target tissue to break the abnormal pigment cells, close the abnormal blood vessels, stimulate the proliferation of collagen and improve the rearrangement of elastic fiber, finally achieving the purpose of pigment removal and skin rejuvenation.

Advantages
1. Portable design, which is convenient for you to carry and move. Large touch screen for simple operation.
2. Efficient Hair-removal: Super big spot hair-removal hand piece makes efficiency 2 times to general hand piece, at same time to save cost of exchanging hand piece.
3. Super big spot (16*57mm) handle piece makes the treatment more quickly, and the normal spot (8*34mm) handle piece can be used for small area treatment.
4. Semi-conductor cooling system would make the temperature of hand piece crystal reach at -4°C during 5 minutes after turning it on, which ensures IPL treatment safe and comfortable. Lower temperature cooling system makes it more effective and comfortable.
5. Certified by Germany TÜV Rheinland ISO 13485 and Medical CE

Applications
1. Hair removal, skin rejuvenation
2. Wrinkles reduction, skin tightening
3. Lighten and eliminate acne scars
4. Skin whitening and increase the elasticity
5. Vascular lesions (telangiectasis) and bottle nose
6. Remove freckles, pigmentations, age spots and sun spots

FAQ of IPL SHR hair removal and skin rejuvenation device
How does the hair removal system work?
The IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) hair removal procedure produces a high intensity flash of filtered light from the applicator head, which has been placed in contact with the skin. The energy from the light source is absorbed by the pigment melanin, which is the chromophore that gives hair its colour. The hair rapidly absorbs this filtered light and transfers it to the surrounding cells that in turn are converted into heat raising them to a temperature of 70 deg Centigrade or more. The heating denatures the cells making them incapable of producing further hair growth.
How is IPL used to treat benign vascular lesions?
Aging, sun exposure and other factors can cause the appearance of broken capillaries and blood vessels on the face known as telangiectasias, which appear as spider veins. Sometimes broken capillaries can cause a diffused redness in the skin, called erythema, a source of social embarrassment for many people. Rosacea is a common skin condition that is characterized by diffused erythema. All of these conditions respond well to IPL.
For unsightly veins on the legs, both IPL and Nd:YAG laser technologies together are capable of addressing these lesions. During treatment, Intense Pulsed Light or laser light is absorbed by the blood in these small veins, heating and destroying the vessels. Over time the destroyed veins are reabsorbed and disappear.
What are IPL Skin Treatments using Photo rejuvenation?
The term "Photorejuvenation" refers to the non-ablative, non-invasive treatment of red and brown pigment that leaves a smooth skin texture and even complexion, yielding a more youthful appearance.
IPL Skin Treatments are a safe, effective and popular way to improve the signs of aging from the face, neck, chest, arms and hands. This in-office procedure is performed by a physician or trained medical staff member and typically requires four to six sessions of about 20 minutes each, performed at approximately three-week intervals.
How many treatments will I need ?
On average a patient will require 6~8 treatments to achieve the maximal result. This is because target tissue such as capillaries and melanin are at different depths whilst hair grows in cycles. To be treated hair must be in its active phase rather than dormant. Different parts of the body grow hair at different rates. It is essential that patients return at the recommended times to achieve the optimal result. Occasionally some people will need more treatments. These include those with hormonal imbalances, such as polycystic ovarian syndrome, and require those with darker skin where lower energy levels must be used to protect the skin. Some patients will a maintenance treatment a few times a year. Essentially, once target tissue is treated it is gone forever. Any re-occurrence is new hair or blood vessels that were not present at the time of treatment. Blood vessels and pigmentation located in the deeper dermis cannot be treated as the risk of damaging the dermis outweighs the benefit of trying. For this reason some patients may find that unwanted blood vessels and pigmentation problems are improved but not completely resolved. Men wanting hair removal are special cases where a reduction in hair is possible but complete resolution impossible, due to their high testosterone levels stimulating hair growth.
What are the side-effects and risks of IPL treatments?
Whilst IPL treatments are highly effective, they do not come without risks. Usually side effects consist of redness, mild swelling and heat to the treated area. These resolve quickly. Some patients may experience a fine scabby rash the next day which will resolve within a few days and can be covered with mineral makeup. As the target tissue is heated there is always a risk of burns that may lead to infection, scars or permanent changes in pigmentation (loss or increase). Fortunately, this is rare.
The risk of side effects also depends upon the darkness of the skin and this is why darker skins are treated slowly, sun exposure and tanning must be avoided. Certain skincare ingredients and medicines can also increase the risk. You will be asked about this prior to each treatment. Pain is a subjective experience and most patients describe the treatment like "being flicked by an elastic band". If pain is a concern, we can recommend anaesthetic creams that might help.
